Renovation of a pre-war apartment on the Upper East Side. Renovation included an expanded custom kitchen, master bedroom suite, renovated bathrooms, bedrooms, laundry room and central air conditioning. Custom millwork and new finishes throughout.

Renovation of an existing farmhouse in Dutchess County, NY. The renovations included reconfigured and refinished living areas, bedrooms and bathrooms. The work also included significant structural reinforcement to the historic structure.
