Apartment combination including reconfigured custom kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. Custom millwork and central air conditioning throughout. Custom finished exterior deck with built-in hot tub, plantings and irrigation.

Apartment Renovation
Renovation of a TriBeCa loft within an historic building. The kitchen was enlarged and and integrated into the living space, and a defined entry sequence and vestibule were created.

Lake House Renovation
Litchfield County Connecticut
Renovation of a lake house in Litchfield County, Connecticut involving the refinishing of all aspects of the existing residence. Living spaces, bathrooms, and outdoor areas were reconfigured, and interior paneling added. New exterior entry porticos were added, and a new bluestone patio and granite steps were incorporated into the landscaping.
