Project Description

Renovation of a historic townhouse on the Upper East Side. Gut renovation included new structural work, central air conditing, and expanded kitchen and bathrooms. Exterior work included a walkable skylight, pergola, plantings and irrigation. Custom millwork and new finishes throughout.
