Apartment Renovation Sutton Place Duplex

Project Description

Renovation of a Sutton Place duplex apartment with the installation of a two-story window with doors to the exterior patio. The renovation also included the installation of central air conditioning, a reconfigured kitchen opened to dining room, and all new finishes, plumbing and lighting fixtures, doors, hardware and trim throughout.
